How can I refund my order?
Currently, refunds are manually processed. Simply login to your DealMirror account and click the Refund Tab to initiate the refund procedure.
How long it will take to process a refund?
Once we got your refund request our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
* If you Paid via PayPal
You’ll get the amount back to your PayPal account in 10 business days.
* If you Paid via Stripe
You’ll get the amount back to your account in 10-15 business days.
* If you Paid via DM credits
Your DM credits will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
• The refund process is very simple on DealMirror. All you have to do is just login into your DealMirror account and click on Refund Tab.
• If a user raises a Chargeback request without sending us the refund request then we’ll terminate the account and all other details associated with it.
• If we got frequent refund requests from a particular account then DealMirror is authorized to terminate the account without any prior notice.
How Long Does the User Have to Request a Refund?
1. For Non-Prime Members: All purchases comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
2. For Prime Members - All purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
